Product Management
Add New Product / Item
The Add New Product form allows you to create inventory items in the system. Complete all fields to add a new product to your stock catalog.
Form Fields:
Thumbnail: Upload a product image by clicking the "CHOOSE PHOTO" button
Product Name: Enter the name of the inventory item
Product Category: Select the appropriate category from the dropdown menu (Spices, Meat, Vegetable, etc.)
Unit: Choose the primary unit of measurement for this product
Save Item: Click this button to create the product and add it to inventory
Important Notes:
Product images help staff quickly identify items in the inventory list
Selecting the correct category ensures the item appears in the proper section of the Current Stock view
The unit selection determines how quantities will be tracked for this product
All fields are required to successfully add a new product to the system
