Accounting
This document provides an overview of the accounting system, including expense management and income tracking.
Expense

The expense management system allows for tracking of business expenditures. The form includes:
Cause Of Expense: Enter a description of what the expense was for
Date of Expense: Enter the date in mm/dd/yyyy format
Expense Cost: Enter the monetary amount of the expense
After completing these fields, click the "Save now" button to record the expense in the system.
Income

The income tracking system displays all revenue entries in a tabular format. The screenshot shows:
Monthly Summary: At the top, the system shows "Sep-2017 - Total Earn: ৳ 74.00 BDT" indicating the total earnings for the month
Export Options: Buttons for Copy, Excel, PDF, and Print allow you to export or print the income data
The table displays the following columns:
Order Id
Table id
Value (original amount)
Value with vat
Payment (amount received)
Change (change given)
Vat (tax percentage - 5%)
Date
The current view shows 8 entries from September 2017, with a total earned amount of 74.00 BDT. All transactions occurred on either September 22nd or 28th, 2017.
The pagination at the bottom shows "Showing 1 to 8 of 8 entries" with navigation options.
