Reports

This section provides an overview of the various reporting features available in the system, enabling users to track and analyze performance across different operational areas.

Kitchen Report

Kitchen report

The Kitchen Report allows users to filter and view performance data for kitchen operations. The interface includes:

  1. Kitchen Selection: A dropdown menu to select specific kitchens or view data for all kitchens

  2. Date Range: Fields to specify the start and end dates for the report period, separated by a "to" indicator

  3. Action Buttons:

    • Submit: Generates the report based on selected filters

    • Cancel: Clears the selected filters and resets the form

This report helps kitchen managers track productivity, order fulfillment times, and other key metrics across different time periods.

Waiter Report

Waiter report

Similar to the Kitchen Report, the Waiter Report provides performance data for wait staff. This interface would allow restaurant managers to monitor individual waiter performance, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics.

The reporting interface would likely include filters for:

  • Waiter selection

  • Date range

  • Performance metrics

Dish Report

Dish report

The Dish Report provides detailed information about specific menu items and their performance. The interface includes:

  1. Dish Selection: A dropdown menu to select specific dishes or view data for all dishes

  2. Date Range: Fields to specify the start and end dates for the report period

  3. Action Buttons: Submit and Cancel buttons for report generation
