Live Kitchen (Admin)
The Admin view of the Live Kitchen provides comprehensive oversight of all kitchen operations:
Monitor all active orders across different kitchens
Track order statuses in real-time (waiting, cooking, ready to serve)
Identify responsible staff members for each order
Intervene when necessary to prioritize or reassign orders
View performance metrics for kitchen response times
Live Kitchen (Waiter)
The Waiter interface helps service staff track the status of their orders:
View all pending orders submitted to the kitchen
Monitor cooking progress in real-time
Receive immediate notifications when orders are ready to serve
Identify which kitchen is handling each order
See expected completion times for better customer service

The Kitchen dashboard streamlines food preparation workflow:
Navigation Panel: Access dashboard and order history
Order Cards: View incoming orders with kitchen assignments
Order Details: See dish names and quantities for each order
Action Button: Change order status with "Let's Cook" and "Click To Complete" options
Key Features:
Orders appear instantly via websocket connection (no refresh needed)
Color-coded status indicators show order priority and progress
